1. Eligibility and Registration
To access Miracle Payments merchant services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Operate a legally registered business in Malaysia
- Submit accurate and complete onboarding information
- Comply with all applicable laws, including Bank Negara Malaysia and LHDN regulations, SSM
We reserve the right to approve, reject, suspend, or terminate your access to our platform at our sole discretion.
2. Services Provided
Miracle Payments provides digital payment processing and payout solutions including (but not limited to):
- Acceptance of online payments via FPX, cards, e-wallets, DuitNow
- Merchant dashboard for transaction monitoring and reporting
- Payout disbursement services
- API and plugin integration for supported platforms
We may modify or enhance our services at any time with reasonable notice.
3. Merchant Obligations
As a Miracle Payments merchant, you agree to:
- Use the services only for lawful business purposes
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
- Ensure timely delivery of goods/services to your customers
- Not engage in fraudulent, illegal, or restricted activities (e.g., money laundering, high-risk categories without approval)
- Keep your business and contact information up to date
Failure to comply may result in account suspension or legal actio
4. Fees and Settlements
- Fees for using Miracle Payments are detailed in your merchant agreement or plan.
- Settlements are processed as per the agreed schedule.
- Miracle Payments reserves the right to withhold, delay, or offset payments in the event of suspected fraud, chargebacks, or regulatory inquiries.
5. Chargebacks and Disputes
You are responsible for any chargebacks, reversals, or customer disputes related to your transactions. Miracle Pay may charge an administrative fee and debit your account for any resolved chargeback.
6. Compliance and Regulatory Requirements
You must comply with all applicable Malaysian laws and regulations, including:
- Financial Services Act 2013
- Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) 2010
- Anti-Money Laundering and Counter Financing of Terrorism Act (AMLA/CFT)
- LHDN’s e-Invoice framework (effective July 2025)
We may request supporting documentation to meet regulatory obligations.
7. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property including our website, branding, logo, software, and materials belong to Miracle Payments. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any part of our platform without written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Miracle Payments shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of revenue, profits, or data
- Delays or disruptions in service beyond our reasonable control (e.g., internet outages, third-party downtime)
Our total liability in any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the last 3 months.
9. Termination
Miracle Payments may suspend or terminate your access:
- For breach of these Terms
- Due to regulatory issues or non-compliance
- Upon 30 days’ notice for convenience
You may terminate the service at any time by providing 30 days written notice, subject to settlement of all outstanding obligations.
10. Amendments
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be published on our website and deemed accepted by continued use of the service.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Malaysia.
